The Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC) Management team went on a retreat last weekend (December 2nd-3rd , 2023) to deliberate on revamping the Centre’s Strategic plan with the aim of increasing efficiency in service delivery and boost revenue. The AICC Managing Director Mr.Ephraim Mafuru led the management team during the exercise that was coordinated by consultants. The retreat was held at Motto Cottages in Mtowambu, 112 Kilometres from Arusha City.
