International Conferences The Arusha International Conference Centre has various conference halls and meeting rooms to cater for your International conferences, Workshops, Seminars and Committee meetings ranging from 10 t0 1350 delegates. The Centre has a team of specialized staff whom will eventually make your event memorable! Most of these halls and rooms are equipped with Simultaneous Interpretation System (SIS) of up to four (4) languages and modern audio/video equipment.Our halls are networked with both wired and wireless LAN which (internet bandwidth on demand) which allows for easy sharing of content throughout the complex, Video Conferencing, and overflow of sessions. Office Spaces AICC offers a total of 12,000 square meters of office space available for rent to various international and local institutions and companies. Current major tenants include the African Union Advisory Board on Corruption (AUABC), Vision Fund Tanzania, GIZ, GFA, the Office of the Solicitor General, and TARURA, among others. The Centre invites both international and local organizations to take advantage of the available office space and enjoy a range of amenities, including 24/7 security, a standby generator, and reliable utilities such as electricity and water. The office spaces are flexible in size, making them suitable for both small and large institutions. Additional services within the complex include ATM facilities, tour operators, printing services, network connectivity, real estate services, restaurants, airline agents, car hire, shops, and more. Residential Housing The Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC) owns 413 housing units, making it the largest landlord in Arusha. The houses are located in secure and serene neighborhoods such as Uzunguni, Corridor, Fire, Kijenge (along Njiro Road), and Kaloleni.These houses are rented to international personnel working and living in Arusha, as well as to private companies, government institutions, and individual tenants. Currently, the major tenants include staff from the East African Community (EAC), along with various private institutions and individuals.The residential units offer a range of facilities, including 24-hour security within gated compounds, spacious rooms and yards for comfortable living, reliable water and power supply, and well-maintained surroundings with gardens and parking areas COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES The Centre owns a range of commercial properties that have been leased out for various business purposes across different locations. ABOUT US The Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC) is located in the heart of a touristic city of Arusha, a midpoint between Cape Town and Cairo and a stone’s throw from Africa’s greatest Mountains, Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro. Arusha is also a safari-gateway to the astounding wild life sanctuary the likes of Ngorongoro Crater, the serene of Serengeti National Park, Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Parks. The Centre has a total of twenty-six (26) meeting rooms with a seating capacity ranging from 10 in the break-out rooms to 1,350 delegates in the main auditorium. The average total occupancy for all the meeting rooms when in use is about 3,000 delegates.
