AICC offers a total of 12,000 square meters of office space available for rent to various international and local institutions and companies.
Current major tenants include the African Union Advisory Board on Corruption (AUABC), Vision Fund Tanzania, GIZ, GFA, the Office of the Solicitor General, and TARURA, among others. The Centre invites both international and local organizations to take advantage of the available office space and enjoy a range of amenities, including 24/7 security, a standby generator, and reliable utilities such as
electricity and water. The office spaces are flexible in size, making them suitable for both small and large institutions.
Additional services within the complex include ATM facilities, tour operators, printing services, network connectivity, real estate services, restaurants, airline agents, car hire, shops, and more.
The Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC) owns 413 housing units, making it the largest landlord in Arusha. The houses are located in secure and serene neighborhoods such as Uzunguni, Corridor, Fire, Kijenge (along Njiro Road), and Kaloleni.
These houses are rented to international personnel working and living in Arusha, as well as to private companies, government institutions, and individual tenants. Currently, the major tenants include staff from the East African Community (EAC), along with various private institutions and individuals.
The residential units offer a range of facilities, including 24-hour security within gated compounds, spacious rooms and yards for comfortable living, reliable water and power supply, and well-maintained surroundings with gardens and parking areas
The Centre owns a range of commercial properties that have been leased out for various business purposes across different locations. Major tenants include AND Care, Millan Cable, Oda Tours, and others.
Additionally, prime spaces within the city centre are available for long-term lease, suitable for investment projects such as shopping malls, long- and short-stay apartments, workshops, and more.
The Centre invites all potential investors to engage in joint ventures for the proposed development projects.
