The AICC offers convenient parking in parking lots and is available for delegates, visitors, VIPs, exhibitors and contractors.
The AICC can assist you in creating your desired event, offering fully customizable menus, venue options and infrastructure. To help take some of the guess work out of events at the AICC, the Centre also offers a wide range of all-inclusive packages and promotions providing affordable options or a base from which to build a memorable event from.

The health and safety of our guests is of the utmost importance to us, and visitors to the AICC can rest assured that our on-site medical facility is equipped to provide first-rate medical assistance. In case of emergency, please contact a nearby AICC staff member.
At the AICC, we have ensured that your event will not be interrupted and all our services will continue to be delivered. We have substantial back-up power infrastructure comprising large generators to support all the venues in both our complexes at AICC and JNICC , which automatically start up when a power outage is detected, taking over the load in approximately 50 seconds.

A free public wireless service provides Internet access over a 1Gbps link and is available in all lettable venues. This service is unsecured and open. The maximum bandwidth available is dependent on the number of users accessing the network simultaneously. Wi-Fi is also purchasable, depending on your needs.
Payments can be made in TSH, payments made by card in alternative currencies can be made at the signed off and agreed upon exchange rate at the time. Transfer and exchange rates are at the payees expense.
Exhibitors require a variety of services prior to exhibition day, including Wi-Fi, cleaning, catering and electricity, all bookings must be made prior to the event and can be made the event coordinator, service bookings have varied deadlines, for more information on each service
