Inter University Council of East Africa (IUCEA) meeting and exhibition on its second day at JNICC, Dar es Salaam. The three days event started yesterday with an official opening from Minister of Education and Science and Technology, Hon. Prof. Adolf Mkenda. The Inter-University Council for East Africa, is an institution of the East African Community, which is a regional intergovernmental organization of the Republics of Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda and South Sudan. IUCEA aims to foster collaboration between universities in the EAC region.
