We are pleased to announce the joining of Mr Ephraim Balozi Mafuru to the CCAA Advisory Board.

Mr Ephraim Balozi Mafuru is a Dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of transforming businesses and People’s performance in the fields of Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Tourism and Business leadership. Ephraim has an extensive experience in strategic business leadership in the fields of industry development, Corporate Communications, Government relations, Stakeholder engagement, Commercial advocacy, Revenue Growth, Sustainability and Compliance.

Prior to his current role, Ephraim worked with Multinational companies like Kibo Breweries Ltd, Tanzania Breweries Ltd, Vodacom Tanzania Ltd, Serengeti Breweries Ltd, Kilombero Sugar Company and Illovo Sugar Africa where he was able to design, develop and implement commercial and marketing strategies to influence volume, revenue, profit and people’s performance. Some of his notable achievements include growing local, regional and international brands like Malta Guinness, Pilsner Ice, Tusker Lager, Guinness, Johnnie Walker, Vodacom Tanzania, Serengeti Premium Lager and Bwana Sukari.

During the 4 years at Illovo Sugar Africa in Durban, SA, Ephraim led a team which designed and implemented sales capability development programs including transforming route to consumer models across domestic markets in South Africa, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania and Rwanda and upon returning back to Kilombero Sugar Company Ephraim was the face of the Kilombero Sugar Company Expansion story. His Strong leadership skills, collaborative approach towards problem solving and passion in driving socio-economic development of Tanzanians drives him to deliver desired results.

Currently serving as the Managing Director for AICC following his appointment by H.E Samia Suluhu Hassan . We believe in his capabilities and long earned experience to bring the positive change to this program.
