On behalf of the Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC), I wish to extend my heartfelt appreciation for your continued support in making AICC a force to reckon in the MICE tourism business in Africa. You are the reason why we have over the years remained steadfast, relevant and enabler of other businesses in the MICE tourism value chain ranging from supporting key players in the Destination Management Companies (DMCs) like hoteliers, safari companies to populating suppliers and service providers in the Professional Congress Organizing (PCOs) teams.

Conference Centre
The Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC) is located in the heart of a touristic city of Arusha, a midpoint between Cape Town and Cairo and a stone’s throw from Africa’s greatest Mountains, Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro. Arusha is also a safari-gateway to the astounding wild life sanctuary the likes of Ngorongoro Crater, the serene of Serengeti
National Park, Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Parks.
The Centre has a total of twenty-six (26) meeting rooms with a seating capacity ranging from 10 in the break-out rooms to 1,350 delegates in the
main auditorium. In addition, the Centre has reserved rooms for receiving VIPs and other distinguished dignitaries. All major rooms are fitted with modern conference equipment such as Simultaneous Interpretation Systems (SIS), multimedia (LCD) projectors and other audio-visuals. The average total occupancy for all the meeting rooms when in use is about 3,000 delegates.
The Centre hosts an average of 100 meetings each year with a total aver age number of 11,000 conference delegates per year, thus contributing
immensely to the socio- conomic development of the City and the country at large.
