The Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre, a branch of AICC, is a purpose-built Convention Centre in Dar-es-Salaam City, major gateway to Tanzania’s world renowned “Southern tourist circuit”, the “coastal tourist circuit” and Zanzibar. With sophisticated audio-video, communication and Information technology, we host conferences, meetings, trade-shows, exhibitions, corporate events, weddings, dinner functions, cocktail parties, banquets, fashion shows and the like.
AICC has a total of 23,000 Square Metres of office space, which is available for rent to various international and local institutions and companies. Additionally, it has 654 housing units, making the Centre the biggest single landlord in Arusha. The houses are located in different parts of the Arusha City and are rented out to international community personnel working and living in Arusha, private companies, government institutions and other individuals.
